Harajuku Streetwear is a multi-brand fashion retailer specializing in Asian Street Fashion. Our mission is to bring reliable high quality styles and pieces from various countries and cultures in Asia to the believe countries like Japan have a such proud and unique style that we would love to share with the world.
We work with designers and brands from all over East Asia, including Japan, China, Korea, and the Philippines, to bring you collections inspired by the various cultures to showcase the rich history and style that is unique to Asia.
When will I receive my order?
Your order will be processed in 1-5 business days and delivered to US, UK, EU, and Australia customers within 5-25 business days. Delays may occur due to customs. While our shipping times may not be as fast as Amazon and other big businesses, we prioritize value over speed and guarantee you'll be satisfied with the quality of our products.
I have not received all the products ordered.
If you ordered multiple items, they may be shipped separately due to available stock. Rest assured, you will receive them soon. Note that due to the pandemic, many parcels may be shipped separately. Thank you for your understanding.
I did not receive my order yet.
If you have not received your order within the estimated time frame of 1-5 days for processing and 5-25 days for shipping, then there may be unexpected delays such as your country's customs facilities holding the package for processing, global shipping shortages, or a back log of packages. Can I modify my order?
We do not allow any modifications once an order is placed so please double check your order before placing it.
My clothing is too small.
A size chart is provided with all of our textiles to help you choose the right size. Each item description includes detailed information to assist you in your purchase. Please note that the buyer is responsible for selecting the correct size. If you are unhappy with your purchase, contact our support team at contact@harajukustreetwear.com and we will do our best to address your concerns.
Is my information secure?
Our shop uses HTTPS in its URLs to ensure the security of our services. HTTPS is a secure version of HTTP that uses SSL/TLS protocols to protect financial transactions. As e-merchants, we recognize the importance of SSL in protecting your data and preventing hacking and identity theft. The SSL certificate is represented by a padlock in the URL bar of your web browser and the letter 's' for 'secure' added to the 'http' protocol in the address bar.
I would like to return my package.
We do accept returns within 14 days of delivery as long as the product is still in brand new condition and in it's original packaging. By purchasing on our site, you have accepted our full return policy.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number via email a few days after placing your order. Please note that it may take a few days to a week for the tracking to update after the shipment. If you have any concerns about the delivery, feel free to contact us for assistance.
