 About Us

  • As a brand our goal has always been to share beauty of Asian culture by embracing the idea of the Harajuku Style. The Harajuku Style, originating from a famous fashion district in Tokyo, is all about embracing your individuality and creativity by using your outfit to showcase your true personality.
    There is no one style that can be defined as Harajuku because there are so many different genres and subgenres with new ones popping up all the time. So instead the Harajuku Style is more of the idea of dressing however you want but doing that to the max. Meaning going all out on every outfit as if to try to make a statement of "This is who I am and I completely own it, whether you like it or not."
    Our goal is to keep that idea while showcasing different aspects of Asian culture by working with designers from all over East Asia like Japan, China, Korea, the Philippines and more! Our collections are inspired by various countries and we hope to simply show the traditional Street Fashion world that Asia has way more to offer than what we are seeing today.

When will I receive my order?

  • The processing of your order requires our team 1-5 business days before shipment. For our US, UK, EU, and Australia customers delivery can take from 5-25 business days but we generally beat those estimates! (There are possible delays that may arise with customs) We understand that our shipping times can't compete with Amazon and other big businesses, so we had to choose between value or speed. We had to choose value, so if you can wait the few more days then we guarantee you'll be happy with the quality of our collections!

I have not received all the products ordered.

  • If you made an order of more than one items, it may have been sent separately, due to the available stock. Do not worry, you'll be receiving them very quickly.
    Please note many parcels will be sent separately due to the pandemic, thank you for your understanding.

I did not receive my order yet.

  • Before contacting us and if the tracking indicates that the order has been delivered, please check with your neighborhood or building manager to see if your local delivery service has assigned your package to someone else. 
    In case you have not received a product after 30 days after the shipment and the status has not been updated for more than 10 days, you can contact us and a new shipment of the order will be made and an appropriate compensation will be made immediately!
    Please note that most packages even with long delays are not lost and you will surely receive your first package, our policy is only to ensure that you receive one and that mistakes by the delivery companies are totally at our expense even if we are not responsible.
    To contact us for the shipment of your new order and your gift please contact us directly by email at contact@harajukustreetwear.com. It will also be necessary to inform us of any change of address compared to your first order and to contact us only after 30 days for your request to be processed. 

Can I modify my order?

  • We do not allow any modifications once an order is placed so please double check your order before placing it.

My clothing is too small.

  • All of our textiles are accompanied with a specific size chart, which helps our clients to avoid such inconvenience. For each of our items, our team has given its all to add the corresponding commentary for each description. Therefore, the buyer is fully responsible for his clothing being too small or too large.
    However, we know that buying such an item can cause frustration. Hence, do not hesitate to contact our support team at contact@harajukustreetwear.com, we will do our best to satisfy your needs 

Is my information secure?

  • The "HTTPS" present in the URLs of our shop testifies to the quality of our services. The HTTPS is the variant of the "http" secured by the use of SSL / TLS protocols. HTTPS is used to protect financial transactions from merchant sites. As e-merchants, we are aware that the use of SSL is becoming essential nowadays. It's the best way to protect your data and protect yourself from hackers or identity theft.
    Visually, the SSL certificate is represented by a padlock that appears in the URL bar of the web browser. It is also represented by an "s" which means "secure" and which is added to the "http" protocol on the website in the address bar.

I would like to return my package.

  • We do accept returns within 14 days of delivery as long as the product is still in brand new condition and in it's original packaging. By purchasing on our site, you have accepted our full return policy

How do I track my order?

  • A few days after placing your order you will be emailed with a tracking number for you to track your order, but please note your tracking number may not update up for a few days up to a week after being shipped! Please be patient but if there the shipment is ever late you may always contact us for additional assistance!
