When will I receive my order?
- The processing of your order requires our team 1-5 business days before shipment. For our US, UK, and Australia customers delivery can take from 5-20 business days but we generally beat those estimates! (There are possible delays that may arise with customs) We understand that our shipping times can't compete with Amazon and other big businesses, so we had to choose between value or speed. We had to choose value, so if you can wait the few more days then we guarantee you'll be happy with the quality of our collections!
I have not received all the products ordered.
If you made an order of more than one items, it may have been sent separately, due to the available stock. Do not worry, you'll be receiving them very quickly.
Please note many parcels will be sent separately due to the pandemic, thank you for your understanding.

Before contacting us and if the tracking indicates that the order has been delivered, please check with your neighborhood or building manager to see if your local delivery service has assigned your package to someone else.
In case you have not received a product after 30 days after the shipment and the status has not been updated for more than 10 days, you can contact us and a new shipment of the order will be made and an appropriate compensation will be made immediately!
Please note that most packages even with long delays are not lost and you will surely receive your first package, our policy is only to ensure that you receive one and that mistakes by the delivery companies are totally at our expense even if we are not responsible.

My clothing is too small.
All of our textiles are accompanied with a specific size chart, which helps our clients to avoid such inconvenience. For each of our items, our team has given its all to add the corresponding commentary for each description. Therefore, the buyer is fully responsible for his clothing being too small or too large.
